VP Sales & Marketing for a paper products company.
Role reports directly to the CEO, manages a team of 25-30 people, (sales team, graphics team, customer service team). Part of the leadership team.
Looking for 10 – 15 years of progressive experience selling to the consumer solutions industry and into
diverse channels (Food Service, Wholesale, Distribution, E-Commerce), with significant, major, small, and
large account experience. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales team management experience driving
successful strategy, profit, and margin improvement. Prefer experience with paper/bag products.
Demonstrated expertise in developing successful go-to-market strategies with significant revenue
generating impact.
Set and achieve annual goals, and objectives for all sales, marketing, and customer service groups.
Participate in all human capital matters including attracting/hiring A players, onboarding, training,
performance management and development.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing a minimum of
$500M+ in annual revenue and achieving significant growth in a fast-paced environment, preferably on a national scale.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field from an accredited (4) year college or the
equivalent. Graduate level degree a plus.
Role is on site, at company HQ in the Detroit area.
