In 2002, recognizing the changes occurring in many industries as it related to outsourced staffing and recruiting, Finderseekers helped create a full service solution in Employment Processing Outsourcing. We optimize a client’s entire recruiting process ensuring results that are measurable and predictable. Larry Anderson

I have 25 years in the retail industry, and 9 years in the recruiting industry. I focus in the areas of Food, Beverage (both retail and foodservice) and across channels in the CPG industry. My specialiation covers the areas of sales, category, marketing, and operations. I have successfully placed individuals at the VP, Director, Sr Marketing, Brand Manager, Director of National Accounts, National Accounts Manager, and Regional Sales Manager levels.

Ed Van Deventer

Following a successful career as an entrepreneur and business owner, Ed Van Deventer joined Finderseekers in 2001.

With more than 30 years experience as CEO, CFO, COO, and President of various companies, I am using my past experiences in placing candidates at these levels, in various industries.

My team is also engaged in searches for directors, managers, scientist, engineers, controllers, for the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device, engines and racing industries.

We have a reputation for being up-front with clients and candidates alike. In fact, both universally appreciate our no-nonsense, low-key approach, and tell us so.
