Role reports directly to the VP Sales and Marketing,
Role manages a NA’s team of 6-8 people, along with 7-8 RSM’s around the country. Looking for experience and capability to build a talented team, and motivate and develop a solid field team to go out and hunt the business.
Company is selling to big box, retail grocery, club, ecommerce, food service operators and foodservice distributors. Looking for strong knowledge of customer base, strong business acumen.
Looking for someone with a strong sales and leadership background in cpg and ideally some foodservice. Open to experience in the Jan-San channel. Strong role, ideally looking for at least $300 million in sales responsibility.
Role is on site, based in the Detroit area.
