Larry Anderson
I bring 25 years of experience in the retail industry and 20 years in recruiting. I specialize in Food and Beverage and personal care, spanning both cpg and foodservice, working across channels within the CPG and foodservice industry. My expertise includes sales, category management, marketing, and operations. I have a strong track record of placing professionals in roles such as VP, Director, Senior Marketing, Brand Manager, Director of National Accounts, National Accounts Manager, and Regional Sales Manager.

Following a successful career as an entrepreneur and business owner, Ed Van Deventer joined Finderseekers in 2001.
With more than 30 years experience as CEO, CFO, COO, and President of various companies, I am using my past experiences in placing candidates at these levels, in various industries.
My team is also engaged in searches for directors, managers, scientist, engineers, controllers, for the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device, engines and racing industries.
We have a reputation for being up-front with clients and candidates alike. In fact, both universally appreciate our no-nonsense, low-key approach, and tell us so.
