Our client is a leading manufacturer of packaging and paper goods servicing the Retail Grocery, Box Stores and Dollar Store Channels. They are offering a unique and exciting career opportunity.

Meet all assigned Key Performance Indicators.
Manage all facility functions to include: Production, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Shipping/Receiving, Warehousing, Quality Assurance and Employee Relations.
Ensure all customer orders are shipped complete, on time and accurate.
Ensure all company assets, including intellectual property are protected against theft and/or damage through effective employee training, testing and certification programs and strict enforcement of company security and plant visitation policies.
Manage all manufacturing processes and personnel to meet daily production goals on a consistent basis.
Manage all Quality Assurance policies and procedures for detection and correction of damaged and/or defective purchased product, work-in-process and finished products.
Manage the health and safety of all employees through strict compliance with all Company, Local, State and Federal Rules and Regulations.
Minimum of 10 to 12 years of related Manufacturing experience to include employee management.
Excellent leadership and resourceful skills with the ability to get things done.
Solid people skills across all levels within the company.
Be accessible to the production people with visibility on the floor.
Possess positive, self-starter, solutions-oriented personality.
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
Strong computer skills required in Microsoft Office along with customer-based platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Equivalent Discipline.
